An interesting poem

Jeanette Byström GreinEnglish blog

A poem that says a lot, is following below. What do you fill your days with? Is it trivial, negative criticism, harsh words, anxiety, bitterness … or is it of joy, love, positivity, optimism, harmony … If we more would give joy to ourselves and others, we do feel so much better. Give a smile to those you meet on your way through life. Praise others and pay attention to others, but do not forget yourself. Remember that you are a valuable and amazing person.

Yes, once we are leaving this life, it’s the same for everyone. We can’t take anything with us when we die, except the lessons we have had here on earth. What we have learned in life and the experience we have made is different for everyone. The question is how we have managed to tackled the lessons we had, when we lived here on earth. Have we done our best to develop and grow up as loving individuals?

When you look at all the evil things, that is happening to our planet, and they are many, then one can understand that a lot of people needs love and light. Spread more love to those you meet on your journey through life and don’t forget yourself. You also need to fill yourself with light and love.

Imagine that you are sitting in a pink bubble filled with pink light. If you sit like that for quite a while, you will fill yourself with loving energies. The whole world needs a lot of love, send love and light to the earth (meditation on the blog ”Love of the Earth”).

With love and light

Jeanette

That life is not the longest, that has longest lasted.
The one that lived longest is the one who filled the life best.
The one that is riches is not the one who has saved most.
No, the richest one is the one who gave most .
