Today

The day of today is a strange day it is your

Yesterday fell out of your hands
It can not get any other contents than you  already have given it

For the day of tomorrow you have not received any promise.
But the day of today-you have
That’s the only thing you can be sure of
You can  fill iwith whatever you want
Make use of it.

Today, you can please a human
Today, you can delight another
Today, you can live so that maybe someone tonight
Can thank you for being there

The day of today is a significant day
It is your

I do not know who wrote this poem, unfortunately.

This poem I have had with me on my courses and which I think says a lot. What happened yesterday is already gone, but somehow we’ll try anyway to hold on to it, because we grieves ourselfs by thinking: what IF I had not, think IF I had, what IF, what IF … This does not lead to anything. Yesterday has already passed.

The day of tomorrow, we have not received any promise of, no we haven’t, we do not know what to expect for tomorrow. One man said on a course ”Well I do know what I’ll do tomorrow. I’ll pick up the kids at the daycare and then we are going to eat pancakes for dinner. ”I replied that I did not know if I even got home that night because I was 300 kilometers from home. We can certainly plan for tomorrow, as the man had done.

However, it is not that the poem speaks about, the poem wants to say that we should take care of this day and make the best of it. It is here and now that you can give something to someone that you like, it is now that you can live and take advantage of the great joys available.

The day today is a significant day, it is yours!

With light and greetings!
