Nosebleeds

It is fascinating to see how, in my book ”Your Inner Garden,” a method of treatment which I worked out to release blockages within you, things happening when you let go of different events that you have experienced in your life. It often comes up symbols in the garden that I have to interpret, that is showing the fascinating things that the clients should think about, understand, develop …. It’s not always easy to interpret all the symbols that appears in the garden, but it is very INTERESTING. At the same time, it can happen a lot after the treatments also, like the story you can read about further down.

This is a case report from a treatment that I have done.

A while ago I had a man who comed to a treatment, he had comed to me prior to process tough events that he had experienced in his way through life. He had to take responsibility when he was very young, he had to take care of his own family, for various reasons, he had not received much love in life which had made that he had a very low self-confidence. He did not believe that ANYONE loved him. There are probably many of you who might recognize themselves in this situation.

Actually, it is important that WE LOVE OURSELVES first and foremost to be able to give of ourselves to others. That other loves us is of course also very important. If we love ourselves, we are not so dependent on others love, to feel good.

Any way, the man comed to a treatment, and this time I said ”I think we should work on your self confidence today.” Which we did, he had to process the events that had been tough in his life that had a link to his poor self-confidence. The treatment went well, he went away and comed back the following week. Then he told me that he had not gone far when he got a nosebleed. It ran for a while and then it was okey. He said, ”It felt so good.” He told me that he basically never used to get nosebleeds.

I looked up what Louise Hay had written about nosebleeds in her book ”You Can Heal Your Life”

(P. 208). I read ”The desire to be noticed. You feel worthless and forgotten. Crying out for love. ” This was very striking as I see it. Something released in the blockage. He told me after a few days that he was feeling so good. Imagine how amazing your body is! If we are  processing the difficult things that we have gone through in our lives , we feel better and better.

With light and greetings!
